Personal information that we collect from you. 

Personal information or personal data, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purpose of providing you with our services. We collect and process your personal information through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website and our portal including when you register or sign up to our mailing list, purchase a product, service or membership.

Some personal information is required to set up your Strategic Resourcing account including your name, contact details, and email address. We may also need to collect some limited employment details for registration purposes. 

Your personal information can be managed via your secure Strategic Resourcing account.  You can always review and update your information by accessing your account. 

We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data which is not personal data as it does not directly (or indirectly) reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate individuals’ Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature in order to analyse general trends in how users are interacting with our website to help improve the website and our service offering.


Health and other special categories of personal information

To the extent that information we collect is health data or another type of special category personal information subject to Data Protection Laws, we ask for your explicit consent to process this data.

  • Contact, Financial and Transaction Data is collected from providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as Creditsafe, Eventbrite based outside the UK.

  • Identity and Contact data is collected from publicly available source such as Companies House and Lusha based inside the UK.
 
 

Information from third parties

We work closely with third parties (including business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics and search information providers) and may receive personal information about you from them. Such data obtained from third parties will be kept in accordance this Privacy Policy, and with any additional restrictions imposed by the third party that shared your personal information.

Direct Marketing

Internal Third Parties

We may share your personal information for marketing and event reasons with other companies in the Black Capital Group who are based in the United Kingdom. These companies also provide IT and system administration services and undertake leadership reporting.

External Third Parties

We only ever share your personal information with trusted third parties and for the purposes we have set out above. 

We only provide third parties with the information they need to know to perform their specific services. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal information for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
