As Founder and Director of the Group, Robbie brings deep operational expertise and a track record of scaling businesses across the built environment.
After launching the Procure Partnerships Framework in 2017, Robbie expanded its reach nationally, delivering over 1,000 public sector projects and facilitating £5 billion in construction value. More recently, he has worked alongside Deborah to grow Strategic Resourcing—developing its platform, driving adoption, and ensuring alignment with industry needs.
A vocal advocate for social value and sustainability, Robbie has helped deliver £720m in community benefits across England. His role within Black Capital Group also includes overseeing Compliance Chain, aligning compliance, procurement, and recruitment for maximum impact. While Robbie remains an influential figure in shaping public sector construction, he now focuses on supporting Deborah’s vision for a more connected, tech-enabled, and inclusive built environment.
